Download Free Music From the Library

We are excited to offer you a new service - Freegal! What is Freegal? Freegal is a downloadable music service from the Morgan County Public Library and all you need is your library card number. There is no software to download, there are no digital rights management (DRM) restrictions and the songs are yours to keep with no expiration. Access to Freegal is limited to Morgan County Public Library patrons in good standing.

There are thousands of artists, tens of thousands of albums, and millions of songs available to you. The Freegal Music website has hundreds of genres of music from pop to punk, rock to rap, classical to Christian and everything in between. The content is based upon agreements with over 10,000 music labels, including the labels of Sony Music Entertainment.

You are allowed to download three songs per week. To get started, click on the Freegal logo at the top of this page, enter your library card number and start browsing. Or, if you have an Apple or Android mobile device, you can download the free app. Just got to the Apple App Store or the Android Marketplace, a.k.a. Google Play. Search for Freegal Music.
