What is Morgan County reading?

December 17th, 2007

Have you read some of these books? If so, write a short review - plot synopsis (without giving it away) and your thoughts - and post it to the comments.

I’ve actually read Two Little Girls in Blue. I had checked out the CD but then the cd player in my car quit, so I had to check out a hard copy to finish the book.

Of that list, I’ve only read (ok, listened to) Marley & Me. I recommend it for any dog owner or general animal love, but be prepared to have some tissues on hand. The CD version is wonderful and read by the author, while the cassette is read by a different narrator. Frequently, authors don’t do a very good job of reading their own work, but John Grogan is an exception.

I’ve glanced at the Kevin Trudeau stuff, but he seems like such a shyster that I can’t take anything he says seriously.
